The CPOW Mission

Our mission is to take the onsite wastewater industry in Colorado to a new level by establishing leadership and enhancing professionalism through outreach, information sharing, education and training.

CPOW was established in 2004 by a small group of industry professionals who came together to create a central organization to represent members of the onsite wastewater industry in the state of Colorado. Our membership includes designers, engineers, contractors, regulators, manufacturers, suppliers, service providers and other industry professionals. Our purpose is to serve our membership through promoting best practices among our industry, advocating for regulation and policy at the local, state and federal level, and fostering an environment built for creating professional partnerships and networking. CPOW has now grown to several hundred members and is the staple provider of training for the onsite industry in Colorado.
